Introduction

BARANGAY AYALA ALABANG

Barangay Ayala Alabang was establised over 30 years ago. It is located in Muntinlupa City and is bordered by neighboring cities such as Las Pinas City and Paranaque City. It is known for its prime location and easy access to the business areas in Muntinlupa. It has also parks which are full of trees and plants that help lessen the carbon dioxide and help regulate the flow of oxygen in the area. Also, it also follows the plastic ban ordinance of Muntinlupa City.

The objectives of this disaster profile are to make the barangay officials and the residents more aware on what to do in case of floods and natural calamities. Another objective is to find an efficient way to show and teach people ways to lessen trash by recycling and reusing other materials.We also want to inform the residents on what areas are more prone to flooding so they may be able to prepare ahead of time. This project also aims to provide awareness and alertness to the barangay officials and residents so that they will know how to deal with different calamities that come their way. Lastly, it aims to inform residents on the emergency precautions the barangay will make during typhoons, earthquakes, and other natural disasters.
